The conference focused on a range of topics that included the integration of artificial intelligence into a broader omnichannel strategy, the impact of the Inflation Reduction Act on future pharmaceutical product development and M&A, as well as more general observations around doing more with less (less people, less budget and less access.) This last topic, in particular, drove group consensus that to be successful moving forward – now, more than ever – your product (your future brand) has to be meaningfully differentiated from the class. Without meaningful differentiation, challenging market access hurdles quickly become insurmountable.
