What a great event - privileged to be a part of it!

I was BURNED OUT literally, before this conference. The people that I met, the never ending conversation that we had, the passionate energy that was felt, and the opportunity to release all the excitement that I have for these topics was the therapy that I needed. For the first time in a long time, it was hard to say goodbye.

First, I've heard some companies sponsor women to come here. I'm going to tell Merck to do this! Your selection of speakers - you have done an amazing job! The way the agenda was formed today and the way the topics built off of each other - that's amazing!

It was a pleasure to join a panel discussion at the 11th Advancing Women's Leadership in Pharma & Healthcare Conference. Some key reminders and takeaways that play pivotal roles in the advancement of women in the workplace: Adopt strategies to combat the imposter syndrome to overcome self-doubt and build confidence; find mentors and sponsors throughout your career; seek and create opportunities to grow your talents; lift up other women, and focus on male allyship with meaningful advocacy and actions.

The conference was so inspiring and filled with talented women to network with.

I thought it was very inspiring to see all the women who are in leadership positions. I was able to relate a lot to many conversations. Very useful for career advancement. We talked about a lot of issues, but also ways to solve these issues.

It's been great. The content has been fantastic. I'm walking away with some additional nuggets and foundational leadership principals. The speakers have been dynamic and knowledgeable, and it's been a pleasure to meet other women on the leadership journey with me.

I loved everything about it. I think the one thing there should be more of is men. I think we really do need them to lift us up. No matter where the woman stands, she can only do so much. It's almost like men need to come to this to get a better understanding. It's not fully understood from our perspective of what we see and how we feel. My favorite parts were about diversity because that's another area folks don't fully understand - whether it's the color of your skin, speaking other languages - everyone has their own story to tell of what may have limited them. That's extremely important. It was helpful to see men say they are working to help advance women. More men need to see it and understand it. You have to put it into action.

Excellent Event - A BIG Thank you to DGE team! The energy, compassion and wealth of experience across women in our industry was remarkable. Above all – The thirst and motivation to empower and grow women was radiating within & beyond walls!

The past couple of days have been nothing short of transformative! I had the immense privilege of attending this Leadership Conference dedicated to empowering women in Pharma & Healthcare sectors. To say I am inspired would be an understatement.

Every session was a powerful testament to the resilience, intelligence, and strength of women leaders in the industry. From thought-provoking panel discussions to enlightening workshops, the event was a wealth of knowledge-sharing and networking.

The camaraderie and solidarity among attendees were palpable. It was heartening to see a collective force of women, all determined to drive change, challenge the status quo, and pave the way for future generations.

Thank you Dynamic Global Events (DGE) for putting on the most amazing women's leadership conference. Each day brought inspiring speakers and incredible topics to help us realize our true selves and our full potential.

I learned more from this conference than any other conference I've attended. I love it. It hits home. I'm a single mom of three boys, and managing a management career can be difficult at times. I want to grow my career, yet keep a healthy work/life balance and it is difficult.

I thoroughly enjoyed all of the talks and all of the panels. It really brought to light things that I’ve experienced and may have just let go because I thought it was acceptable. There are many things I am going to bring back to my company because of these talks.

I really enjoyed all of the speakers and how they discussed work-life balances. It is so important and I need to learn how to manage this...

Really great conference. I got to meet everybody, talk to everybody – really engaging speakers! It’s been wonderful. The panel sessions have been really great. A lot of funny stories, a lot of shared, common themes across all of us. I really appreciate there are women here from all different types of disciplines. HR, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory..it’s been really great!
